The officer monitors examination sessions to ensure adherence to college regulations, resolves operational issues as they arise, and manages examination logistics and security. This includes preparing, packaging, distributing, and collecting examination papers, maintaining secure custody and confidentiality of materials, recording the movement of papers, reporting irregularities, and ensuring secure storage. For results processing, the post holder receives mark sheets from academic departments, verifies their completeness and accuracy, captures results into the student information management system, compiles and verifies results, and prepares results for review and approval. The role also involves maintaining accurate electronic and physical student academic records, updating examination histories and progression records, filing and archiving documents, and preparing transcripts and statements of results.

Supplementary, deferred, and special examinations are administered by this officer, including preparing schedules and materials, updating student records after such exams, and communicating arrangements to eligible students.
