Partnership Delivery and Communication Specialist

Educate!

About this role

Educate! is seeking a Partnerships Delivery and Communications Specialist to join its External Relations team in Tanzania, reporting to the Director of Institutional Partnerships. The post-holder will lead an account-based approach to institutional partnership communications, mapping stakeholder relationships, coordinating engagement touchpoints, and developing high-quality external materials that support Educate!'s next phase of funding growth. Core responsibilities include crafting compelling narratives that translate program data and field stories into impact briefs, case studies, payer updates, and engagement materials; owning a story sourcing system that surfaces insights from in-country teams; leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production and synthesize program data; managing top institutional payer relationships through coordinated communications, briefing documents, and meeting preparations; ensuring world-class partner reporting by owning compliance for key payers, building AI-enabled reporting calendars, and partnering with finance and program teams to package accurate financial and narrative reports; and driving cross-functional alignment to move projects from idea to action with a startup mindset.

Educate! is looking for an exceptionally strong writer and communicator with relationship instincts to represent the organization credibly and the operational discipline to manage grant compliance and reporting deadlines. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who thinks in systems, proactively manages relationships, brings recommendations rather than questions, and is energized by the mission of preparing African youth to learn, earn, and thrive. Educate!

is the largest youth employment and skills provider in East Africa, having impacted over 500,000 young people across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania through employment-focused school subjects and livelihood boot camps. The role is a fixed-term, full-time contract with possible extension, based in Tanzania with a fully remote or hybrid work environment depending on location. Educate! offers a competitive salary based on experience, competitive location-based benefits, and learning and growth opportunities in a vibrant, mission-driven environment.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and interested candidates are encouraged to apply soon.
