The post holder assists with logistics for meetings, events, and appointments, maintains a tidy reception area, greets and directs visitors, and handles incoming calls professionally. Additional tasks include keeping office equipment in good working condition, arranging repairs, providing photocopying, filing, and document organisation support, and carrying out other duties assigned by the supervisor. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Office Administration, Management, or a related field, and must have at least two years of proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
