Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is a healthcare social enterprise and non-governmental organization providing accessible specialized health services across Africa, with an emphasis on preventing lifelong disabilities. The organization operates extensive maternal and newborn healthcare programmes, including obstetric fistula repairs, and runs a dedicated Maternity and Newborn Wing serving as a referral centre for high-risk deliveries in Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania. CCBRT is seeking an energetic and analytical Human Resources Business Partner to strengthen its Human Resource Department and support the effective delivery of HR services across business units. The HRBP is responsible for assessing client needs, interpreting and applying organizational HR strategy, policies, rules and regulations, contributing to internal procedure development, and providing solutions to complex HR issues.

The role delivers a value-added service to line managers and employees through close collaboration on all staff management matters. On a day-to-day basis, the HRBP manages all HR administration including compliance, leave, performance management, recruitment and selection, training needs assessment, and disciplinary support for allocated departments. The HRBP also assists with payroll administration and HRIS implementation as part of the HR team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of six years of professional experience in a business environment conducting performance analysis, reporting, primary data collection, form design, and data analysis.

Essential competencies include payroll administration experience, strong planning and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, solid analytical and evaluative abilities, multitasking capacity, excellent interpersonal skills with a client-oriented focus, and fluency in both English and Swahili. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is required. This full-time position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
