Restless Development Tanzania is seeking an experienced consultant to develop a practical, youth-friendly and accessible guideline on Artificial Intelligence for young people aged 15 to 35. The assignment is a response to the growing role of AI in young people's everyday lives, from education and research to creativity, communication and employment. It aims to provide guidance that helps young people understand AI, use it responsibly and critically assess the information it generates. The consultant will create a guideline covering AI literacy, digital safety, privacy, misinformation, bias, responsible AI use, education, employment and the future of work.

The resource should use relatable examples, practical tips, reflection questions and real-life scenarios so that it is engaging and useful for the target audience. The consultant will work over a duration of 20 working days, in a location to be agreed. The assignment requires research, writing and youth engagement, and the final guideline should be appropriate for young people across the 15 to 35 age range. Applicants should have demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence, digital technology, digital literacy, education, youth development, communications or related fields.

They must also have strong research, writing and youth engagement skills. Experience developing youth-friendly learning resources is highly desirable.
