One Acre Fund, a nonprofit serving 5.5 million smallholder farmers across nine African countries, seeks a Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion (GYSI) Lead for its Tanzania programme. The GYSI Lead will develop and implement gender and youth integration strategies that ensure women, youth and marginalized groups have equitable access to agricultural services and resources. This role involves leading assessments and formative research, providing technical support to field teams, and building capacity for gender-responsive and socially inclusive approaches. The incumbent will embed GYSI principles within extension services, support the Social Behavior Change Strategy, and identify best practices for organizational learning. Working across programme components, the GYSI Lead will guide the development of inclusive materials, communication channels and peer learning networks tailored to the needs of women, youth and marginalized communities in Tanzania.
