One Acre Fund is hiring a Retail Supervisor to manage their network of rural agricultural shops (Dukas) across Tanzania, supporting smallholder farmers with quality farm supplies and merchandise. The role involves overseeing daily shop operations, maintaining inventory in compliance with TOSCI, TPHPA and TFRA regulations, and ensuring an appealing product display that drives sales. Key responsibilities include training customers on mobile payment transactions, managing accurate records in line with TRA requirements, and delivering exceptional service to build long-term brand loyalty. The ideal candidate combines retail management experience with product knowledge in agriculture and a passion for serving farming communities. This fixed-term position is based in Tanzania with the team headquartered in Iringa and offices in Mbeya, Njombe and Moshi.
