Lead a review and update of the Simplified Guide for Micro and Small-Scale Women Cross-Border Traders within the East African Community, covering document review, stakeholder mapping, user-needs assessment, and content development aligned with AfCFTA and STR frameworks. Requires expertise in trade policy, survey design, virtual consultations, and gender/youth integration, with experience engaging customs bodies, BMOs, and ministries across EAC Partner States. Strengthens economic inclusion for women and youth traders by improving guidance on cross-border procedures, tariffs, and business support services.
