Manage the day-to-day operations of UN Women's Tanzania Country Programme, overseeing programme design, delivery, reporting, resource mobilisation, UN system coordination, and a team of 20 including 5 direct reports. Requires a master's in international development or public policy with at least 7 years of senior leadership in gender equality programmes, field experience in multicultural settings, and fluency in English. Advances women's leadership, economic empowerment, and protection from gender-based violence in line with Tanzania's National Development Vision 2050 and UN Women's Strategic Plan.
