About this Role
The Regional Recruiter serves as a strategic HR partner responsible for attracting and selecting top talent across all Jhpiego country offices in Anglophone Africa, managing a high volume of both staff and proposal-related recruitment simultaneously. Requirements include proven recruitment experience, ideally within international NGO or global health contexts, and the ability to manage fast-paced, multi-country hiring pipelines across the region. This role is relevant to the Tanzania and East Africa development sector because it directly shapes the human capital pipeline for major USAID/USG-funded health programs operating across the region. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for open and proposal positions, strategic partnership with country directors and HR managers, and building talent pipelines across Anglophone Africa countries. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter based in East or Southern Africa, familiar with government health sector talent pools and NGO compensation structures. This is a full-time position with no fixed end date specified.
