Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is establishing a talent database specifically for people with disabilities and is actively inviting qualified candidates to submit their curriculum vitae and application letters for inclusion. CCBRT is Tanzania's largest local provider of disability and rehabilitation services and aims to be the leading accessible specialized health provider in Africa. Operating as a healthcare social enterprise alongside its development programmes, CCBRT serves the broader community and its most vulnerable members. The organisation is deeply committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible and runs extensive maternal and newborn healthcare activities, including obstetric fistula repairs.

Its recently opened Maternity and Newborn Wing functions as a referral centre for high-risk and emergency deliveries across Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania. The registered candidates will be considered for future positions aligned with their professional background and areas of expertise. CCBRT is seeking candidates across a broad spectrum of professional categories including clinical roles, accounting and finance, administration, business management, procurement, technical positions, and housekeeping and gardening services. The minimum educational requirement is Form Four completion, with candidates expected to hold a certificate, diploma, master's degree, or doctorate in their respective fields.

Applicable candidates must be registered with their relevant professional body and possess a valid practising licence where required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Kiswahili and English are essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills and patient management abilities where relevant to the role applied for.
