About this Role
The HR Associate will deliver HR services across payroll processing, analytics, talent management, and advisory support to WFP Tanzania Country Office on a 12-month Service Contract, reporting to the Head of HR. Requirements include payroll systems experience with Workday or PASpot, strong HR analytics capabilities, and familiarity with UN HR regulations. WFP is the world's largest humanitarian organization and this role supports the human capital operations powering food security programs across Tanzania.
