The Advisor also provides technical assistance on forecasting, quantification and supply planning, facilitates quarterly reviews and stock status assessments, and serves as a technical resource for the Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT), guiding country teams on forecasting methods, supply plans, inventory monitoring and data standardisation. Applicants must hold a master's degree in supply chain management, public health, pharmacy, epidemiology, business administration, international development or a related field, with at least seven years in health supply chain management, forecasting, quantification and supply planning in low- and middle-income countries.
