Regional Sales Systems Manager, Africa
About this role
MSI Reproductive Choices is recruiting a Regional Sales Systems Manager for its Africa region, based in Tanzania. MSI is a leading provider of sexual and reproductive healthcare, operating as a social business across 36 countries with nearly 9,000 team members. The post sits within its commercial function. The postholder will lead the strategy, governance, and optimisation of sales systems across Africa, ensuring they enable commercial growth, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
Day-to-day work includes owning the regional sales systems ecosystem, driving standardisation, scalability, and integration across markets, and aligning systems, processes, and data with MSI's commercial strategy. The manager will define and track KPIs, maintain real-time visibility of commercial performance, and hold accountability for data accuracy above 95 percent. The role also involves influencing country programmes, distributors, and cross-functional teams to adopt best-in-class systems and disciplined sales processes, while translating technical concepts for non-technical users. Candidates need six to eight or more years of relevant experience and strong skills in sales force automation, CRM platforms, or commercial ERP systems.
MSI requires deep understanding of data governance, validation frameworks, and data quality assurance, along with systems thinking, process optimisation, dashboard design, and reporting structures for commercial teams. High digital literacy, comfort working with IT teams and system vendors, project management for multi-country rollouts, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing capability are essential. Prior physical experience working within Africa markets is mandatory, as is contextual understanding of distributors, field sales teams, and fragmented digital ecosystems. No separate preferred qualifications are listed, though MSI seeks candidates who are unequivocally pro-choice, aligned with its mission and values, resilient, curious, and solutions-oriented.
The full-time role is based in Tanzania and requires close engagement with country programmes, partners, and frontline teams across Africa, with travel implied by regional responsibilities. Compensation and benefits are not specified. Applications close on 21 October 2026 through MSI's recruitment portal.
