About this role
Shelter Afrique Development Bank (ShafDB) is recruiting a Human Capital Manager to lead its human capital function, based at the Bank's offices in Nairobi, Kenya. ShafDB is a pan-African housing finance and development institution established by African governments to finance affordable housing and urban development across the continent. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field, plus a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with eight to ten years of progressive experience in human capital or HR management and at least seven years at managerial or senior advisory level.
Experience in a development finance institution, multilateral organization or financial institution is required, while professional certification such as IHRM, SHRM or CIPD is listed as an advantage. Applications, comprising a CV and cover letter, should be emailed to hr@shelterafrique.org using the subject line given in the announcement. Shelter Afrique is an equal opportunity employer.
