The project, Pillar II of the platform, focuses on Scaling Community-Led Solutions for Adolescent Health and Nutrition, enabling civil society and youth-led organizations to shape and scale community-driven solutions that improve adolescent health and nutrition outcomes. This grant-funded, fixed-term position is expected to continue through June 2028 and reports to the Project Director, supporting both Action Against Hunger and Tanzania Youth Coalition country program teams. They will establish internal control measures, perform internal financial audits of sub-awardees, coordinate external audits, and ensure full compliance with World Bank financial rules and Action Against Hunger internal processes. The lead will prepare annual work plan budgets, consolidate sub-awardee budgets, produce timely financial reports to the World Bank, and monitor burn rates and financial performance across the project. They will also train project staff and local partners on budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, and validate financial reports from subgrantees.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, combined with at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or business management. The role demands strong familiarity with subgranting, partner management, and donor compliance.
