About this Role

The Senior Health Advisor will be seconded to Botswana's Transition Management Unit to support transformation of USG-funded HIV services to full government ownership under a 3-year bilateral MOU, working with the Ministry of Health, NAHPA, MLGTA, and the US Department of State PEPFAR team. Requirements include senior technical advisory experience in HIV programming, health systems strengthening, and government capacity building in sub-Saharan Africa. This role directly ensures continuity of lifesaving HIV prevention, care, and treatment services during a critical programmatic transition.
