MSH collaborates with local partners, ranging from ministries of health to community-level actors, to strengthen and complement existing health systems to ensure sustainable, resilient, and equitable access to quality health care. MSH invites qualified individual consultants to express their interest in joining the MSH Consultant Roster for potential future collaborations in the global health sector, specifically within the area of Health Economics and Financing. Consultants on the roster may be engaged for assignments as required by MSH, with work arrangements that can be fully remote or on-site depending on project needs.
Successful roster candidates will be contacted on an as-needed basis for specific technical assignments aligned with their declared competencies and institutional requirements. Candidates applying for the Health Economics and Financing roster are expected to demonstrate proficiency across a range of technical areas including health economics, priority setting, economic evaluation, equity analysis, qualitative evaluation, supply chain financing, efficiency analysis, political economy analysis, cost analysis, benefits package design, health technology assessment, and market dynamics.
