UNICEF is seeking a COMBI (Communication for Behavioural Impact) Training Facilitator for a two-month consultancy with its Social and Behaviour Change Section in Tanzania. The consultant will strengthen UNICEF Tanzania staff and partner capacity to design, implement, and monitor SBC interventions that deliver measurable behavioural outcomes using the COMBI planning methodology, with responsibilities spanning inception and training design, in-country training delivery, applied components, and post-training coaching and reporting. Candidates must hold a PhD in Public Health, Behavioural or Social Sciences, Communication for Development, or related fields alongside a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant SBC, RCCE, or related experience with proven COMBI methodology expertise. UNICEF operates in over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfil their potential from early childhood through adolescence. The ideal candidate brings experience working with UN agencies, government, and development partners, with strong expertise in adult learning methodologies, behavioural planning, and report writing; knowledge of Kiswahili is an added advantage. This is a remote position with travel to Tanzania, open to international consultants only.
