UNDP Tanzania seeks a Gender Expert (Individual Consultant, 35 working days) to conduct an assessment of gender inclusiveness in Tanzania's public procurement and supply chain functions and produce evidence-based policy recommendations. Proposals must be submitted via the UNDP Quantum procurement portal before 14 April 2026. Directly relevant to governance, gender equality, and international development policy in Tanzania.
