Social and Behavior Change Specialist – GBV Prevention Program

About this Role

Four SBC Specialists are sought for the World Bank and Government of Tanzania funded PAMOJA programme adapting the Bandebereho couples-based model to reduce gender-based violence in 15 rural councils of Tanzania Mainland. Requirements include formative research expertise, understanding of gender norms and GBV dynamics in Tanzania, and experience with social norms change programming and community mobilization. This 18-month initiative generates evidence for a national community-based GBV prevention protocol with significant national scale-up potential.
