One Acre Fund seeks a GYSI Lead to incorporate gender-responsive and youth-inclusive approaches into its Tanzania program, leading formative research and developing gender and youth strategies for 5.5 million smallholder farmers across nine African countries. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and minimum 5 years of GYSI-related experience; open to Tanzanian citizens or permanent residents.
