Retail Supervisor

About this role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its Tanzania programme, which supports over 100,000 smallholder farmers across Iringa, Mbeya and northern regions with farm supplies, fruit trees and agronomic training. This role is responsible for managing One Acre Fund retail shops (Dukas), driving sales of agricultural inputs, processing customer payments via mobile money, and maintaining accurate inventory records in compliance with Tanzanian regulatory bodies including TOSCI, TPHPA, TFRA and TRA. The ideal candidate brings retail or agrodealer experience with strong product knowledge, sales enthusiasm and customer service skills, combined with the ability to build relationships with local leaders and extension officers. Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund now serves 5.5 million farmers across nine African countries and employs over 9,000 staff. This is a fixed-term position based in Iringa, Tanzania.
