Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is recruiting a Senior Project Coordinator in Dar es Salaam. The dual role combines project management with high-level administrative support to the Country Director and Country Management Team, acting as key liaison for the Country Director's office. The post-holder supports donor report preparation and submission, coordinates subgrantee management and donor compliance, and serves as focal point for award maintenance covering amendments, budget realignments, prior approvals and obligation tracking. They organize and document management meetings, maintain project records across Teams, SharePoint and award systems, coordinate financial reviews with country and headquarters teams, and prepare fact sheets and presentations.

They also monitor financial risk mitigation and audit follow-up with the Country CIR team. Executive duties include reviewing contracts, MOUs, timesheets and expense reports, managing stakeholder communications, overseeing filing systems, coordinating visitor logistics and liaising with the Country Management Team. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in administration, law, management, social sciences, public health or a related field, plus at least five years of project administration or executive support experience, preferably in international NGOs or health programmes. Fluency in English and Kiswahili is mandatory, alongside demonstrated maturity supporting senior leadership, knowledge of Tanzania's government and donor landscape, proven engagement with government, donors and implementing partners, copy-editing and proofreading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
