Right To Play is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to drive operational effectiveness across its Country Offices globally and support organisational development and change initiatives. The P&C Business Partner provides expert advice on global and local P&C policies, collaborating with local P&C Specialists to ensure employment law compliance and embedding best practices tailored to local needs and culture. This role works closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer, Country Directors, and the global P&C team to identify and mitigate people-related risks, prevent and resolve employee relations issues, and ensure adherence to safeguarding and security policies. Key responsibilities span operational delivery, employee relations management, quality assurance through P&C audits, and the advancement of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility across the organisation. The incumbent monitors the whistleblowing line, conducts investigations, and liaises with legal firms to resolve complex employee relations cases while maintaining strict confidentiality. In the quality assurance function, the role drives efficiency by assessing P&C practices, supporting Country Directors with compliance and risk management, and contributing to data analysis and reporting for informed decision-making. The P&C Business Partner also leads the P&C Global Community of Practice and the Global DEIA Committee, embedding inclusive approaches across policies and processes. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field and possess extensive experience working at headquarters or regional level within an international development organisation. The position is a full-time, long-term engagement offered at national pay grades, with a preferred duty station in London, Addis Ababa, Accra, or Kampala, though candidates may apply from any Right To Play office location.
