Blue Ventures, a marine conservation organisation operating across a dozen countries and partnering with coastal communities to rebuild tropical fisheries and restore ocean life, seeks a NetSuite Engineer to serve as the primary technical developer for its NetSuite ERP platform. The role involves the continuous technical evolution of the system, translating complex business requirements into robust code and configuration, owning the technical backlog, and ensuring that system improvements are prioritised, developed, and deployed to support the organisation's global mission. The position is full time and permanent, based in one of Blue Ventures' global offices including Bristol, London, Madagascar, Belize, Indonesia, Kenya, Senegal, Timor-Leste, or home-based within countries where the organisation has administrative capacity, with the possibility of a Tanzania duty station. The remuneration framework varies by country, with Tanzania salaries in the range of TZS 41,495,072 to TZS 61,412,707 per annum depending on experience.
