Action Against Hunger USA, part of a global humanitarian network operating in 50 countries, seeks a Logistics Officer to ensure effective logistics support services for field programs in Tanzania. The role encompasses procurement and supply chain management, fleet and transportation coordination, asset and inventory tracking, warehouse and stock management, office facilities support, and comprehensive logistics reporting and documentation. The Logistics Officer must ensure all operations comply with organizational policies, donor regulations, and local laws while supporting access and safety management. The ideal candidate brings experience in humanitarian logistics operations, knowledge of donor compliance requirements, and familiarity with field security protocols in challenging environments. This position supports the organization's mission to address the root causes of hunger including climate change, conflict, and inequity across the country.
