About this Role

Lead One Acre Fund Tanzania's gender, youth, and social inclusion strategy, embedding inclusive approaches across extension services, social and behaviour change communication, and program design to reach women, youth, and marginalised smallholder farmers. Requires a bachelor's in Social Science (sociology, gender studies, or similar) with at least 5 years mainstreaming GYSI, fluency in Swahili and English, and open only to Tanzanian citizens or permanent residents. Strengthens rural livelihoods by ensuring One Acre Fund's support for smallholders in Iringa equitably reaches women, youth, and marginalised groups.
